Responsibilities
Support employee benefits administration within a fast-paced corporate environment
Ensure accurate benefits processing and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams while supporting key Total Rewards initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
3–5 years of experience administering employee benefit plans in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations, including HIPAA, PHI, COBRA, and Qualified Life Events (QLEs)
Experience processing benefits transactions such as enrollments, life events, terminations, and employment status changes
Hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Benefit Focus)
Experience with benefits billing, invoicing, and reconciliation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams; ability to analyze data and generate reports
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
Preferred
Experience supporting open enrollment and wellness programs preferred
