Responsibilities
Serve as primary technical lead on Workday HCM/Payroll/Benefits implementation. Lead design decisions such as position management
Develop strong business partnering relationships with HR leadership, Data function leadership, and FP&A leadership
Functionally advise on core integration design for external recruiting, global payroll, etc…
Work with Director, G&A systems to scope and plan additional phases of technology modernization
Build team in alignment with business objectives and company growth
Implement support and enhancement operating model including visible sprint planning
Lead Phase X deployments of learning, help, peakon, global payrol, etc…
Collaborate and advise on workplace ai technology implementation
Work closely with integration/automation leads to continually enhance application connectivity for integration, analytics, and agentic workflows
Qualification
Required
8+ years experience with Workday HCM and/or similar HRIS technologies
Strong understanding of core HCM, compensation, and bonus modules such as learning, recruiting, time, absence, payroll
A keen interest in the 'why' of decision making and what business context drives the goals of our teams and our org
Data Driven. You leverage data to help guide decisions and challenge existing assumptions
Relationship oriented. You know how to work across departments to navigate ambiguity and get things done
