They are seeking an experienced Fund Controller to oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, and operational processes across complex investment vehicles.

Responsibilities
Review quarterly NAV calculations, financial statements, partner allocations, and supporting schedules
Oversee fund accounting shadow books and internal reporting processes, including management of an outsourced overseas accounting team
Assist with trade allocation management across multi-master fund structures utilizing leverage facilities
Participate in reviews of fund offering memoranda and limited partnership agreements, providing feedback to legal teams
Coordinate with tax teams on blocker entity accounting and fund management mechanics
Review periodic compliance reporting and regulatory filings
Ensure compliance with credit agreements and investment documentation
Oversee fund operations including capital calls, distributions, and valuation processes
Manage relationships with fund administrators, custodians, and other third-party service providers
Assist with cash management and liquidity planning
Review performance reporting, including fund returns and allocation methodologies
Support preparation of quarterly board materials and investor marketing presentations
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and relevant accounting standards
Experience with Private Credit funds, Hedge Funds, SPVs, and Co-Investments
Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify potential risks or issues
Proven ability to communicate effectively with investors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
