Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with yacht purchase and sale transactions, including preparing documentation and facilitating closings
Organize and maintain transactional files, indexes, and checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness
Draft, compile, and manage transaction documents and closing packages
Coordinate multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining meticulous records
Collaborate with attorneys on related corporate matters
Provide secondary support on litigation tasks, including trial and deposition preparation as needed

Required

Ability to manage complex documentation and track multiple moving parts
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive

Onsite presence is strongly preferred, especially during onboarding

Preferred

Paralegal experience with transactional work, preferably corporate transactions
Maritime or yacht experience is a bonus but not required
Some exposure to commercial litigation is helpful but not a primary focus
1–5 years of paralegal experience preferred; candidates with up to ~10 years may be considered
