Qualis1 Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Engagement Management Consultant / Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions for Professional Services organizations. The role involves leading workshops, managing engagement processes, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, gap analysis, and mitigation planning for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
Own delivery of Engagement Management / Professional Services processes across the lifecycle
Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders
Lead and design Engagement Management / Professional Services (PS / SD PS) processes including:
Engagement setup & staffing
Work & delivery lifecycle
Change & issue management
Billing, forecasting, WIP, revenue recognition
Collections and profitability analysis
Drive integration across SD, PS, FI, and related modules
Lead and validate data migration, interfaces, forms, and workflows within Public Cloud constraints (RICEFW-lite)
Support project-based service delivery, billing models, and time & expense processes
Apply SAP Activate methodology, sprint-based delivery, and PI planning
Leverage SAP Business AI recommendations for professional services workflows (preferred)

Required

10+ Years of experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Engagement Management
Deep understanding of Professional Services business processes
Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (SaaS) implementations
Solid knowledge of core financials and integrations
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Leverage SAP Business AI recommendations for professional services workflows
