Director of HRIS & Analytics
Juno Search Partners is seeking a seasoned Director of HR Technology & Analytics to oversee the strategy and execution of their enterprise HR systems and data ecosystem. This role involves balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership to ensure scalable and compliant HR technology solutions that support a complex workforce.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise HR technology roadmap aligned with business, workforce, and compliance objectives
Establish HRIS governance, data standards, security controls, and change management practices
Serve as executive advisor on HR technology investments, system capabilities, and optimization opportunities
Provide architectural oversight and hands-on leadership across HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP, Kronos, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Lead the design, development, and support of integrations between HR, payroll, benefits, ERP, finance, and third-party systems using APIs, EDI, RaaS, WIM, and custom interfaces
Ensure data integrity, reliability, and audit readiness across all integrated systems
Oversee HR technology support for complex payroll and timekeeping environments, including union contracts, pay rules, accruals, and schedules
Partner with Payroll, Finance, and Compliance teams to support audits (e.g., DCAA), regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Proactively identify and mitigate system and data risks tied to payroll and workforce compliance
Own the people analytics and HR reporting strategy, enabling actionable insights for HR and executive leadership
Oversee development of dashboards, operational reports, and advanced analytics using tools such as SQL, BI platforms, and native HRIS reporting
Champion data-driven decision-making across HR functions
Lead enterprise HRIS implementations, upgrades, and migrations, managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and risk
Drive cross-functional alignment across HR, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption
Develop documentation, training, and communication strategies to support system rollouts and continuous improvement
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR technology team, including remote and distributed employees
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure value realization and service excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10–15+ years of progressive HRIS and HR technology experience in enterprise environments
Demonstrated leadership across platforms such as UKG, ADP, Kronos, Workday, and/or SAP SuccessFactors
Deep expertise in HR system integrations, data architecture, and reporting (SQL, APIs, EDI, RaaS, WIM, BI tools)
Strong functional knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and global or unionized workforce environments
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience operating in regulated, audit-driven, or compliance-focused organizations
