Responsibilities
Ensure orders are successfully received and submitted in NERP via EDI, SPACE, or manual methods, adhering to Samsung Electronics' policies and agreements
Manage account portfolios, handle purchase order revisions, track delivery dates, verify and adjust PO prices, and process sales returns in alignment with company policies
Update, and maintain customer and order data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Review and validation price adjustment chargeback claims with finance and Sales
Point of contact to help Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
Work closely with sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
Generate reports on open orders, price discrepancies, shipped orders, and aged orders
Assist the team on various projects as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in forecasting & demand planning, root-cause analysis in Supply Chain
Super detail oriented (working with a lot of data and numbers)
Organized and follows instructions closely
Intermediate to Advance Excel skills
Handle issues that come up with the accounts they will be handling, need to cross collaborate with different teams
Experience with VAO1/O2, on ship reports, process block reports, etc
Ability to work on the customer side
Must be local candidates
Run all order entry processes for digital appliance on DA side all retail and builder accounts, around 300 to 400 accounts
Work regional side order management, assigned 100+ accounts
Enter orders for accounts and be POC for open orders
Verify data that comes through is correct and meets guidelines with accounts
Contact for sales finance and logistics all the way to invoicing
Manage portfolio of accounts
Reporting to keep team up to date, maintain fluidity with talking with other teams
Excel knowledge, pivots, VLOOKUP, etc
Strong communication, written and verbal skills
Ability to work with ambiguity
Manage about 50k lines of orders in a month
Education Requirement: Bachelor's or greater
Preferred
BA is preferred, 3+ YOE w/degree, 5+ w/out
SAP experience to enter POs and run reports
Understanding of EDI (electronic data integration) is a nice to have
