This role is responsible for leading Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) activities using the NIST Risk Management Framework and ensuring compliance with FISMA requirements.

Ensuring compliance with FISMA requirements
Processing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and System of Records Notices (SORNs)
Understanding of FISMA, NIST standards, and federal privacy laws, including the Privacy Act of 1974 and HIPAA
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience
Strong understanding of FISMA, NIST, and federal privacy laws
Industry-recognized certification (CISSP, CAP, or Security+)
Preferred
Baltimore Cyber Range (BCR) Cybersecurity Technical Proficiency
