Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) – Technology Events & Sponsorship Sales - $40,000–$60,000 Base
Machaon Corporation is a well-established producer of regional technology summits and conferences across the United States. They are seeking a Remote Business Development Representative to drive sponsorship and exhibitor revenue through appointment-setting across assigned regional events.
Responsibilities
Make 50 to 100 “cold outreach” connections per day
Conduct business development within event portfolios
Help achieve team revenue goals via setting appointments for sales
Provide detailed reporting
Drive account acquisition and growth with mid- to senior-level executive contacts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Reliable internet connection and strong phone reception
B2B business development experience (preferably within a technology company)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience working with both large enterprises and small-to-mid-sized organizations
Experience calling on senior executives and decision-makers
Experience with CRMs and lead management
Preferred
Background in B2B trade show/sponsorship sales preferred
Success setting up virtual sales and customer meetings using phone and/or video technology
Proficiency with CRM systems
