Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to generate new P&C business, with a focus on both personal and commercial lines
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverages
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Conduct regular policy reviews, offer coverage adjustments, and manage renewals
Collaborate with underwriters and account managers to secure competitive pricing for clients
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer expert guidance to clients
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a P&C producer or similar role in insurance sales, with a strong track record of new business generation
In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, both personal and commercial lines
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote client engagement
Preferred
Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems is a plus
