Daily cash reconciliation and deposit posting
Deal posting and verification
Accounts payable and receivable
Floorplan reconciliation
Title clerk coordination
Month-end close processes
Financial statement preparation and accuracy
Payroll support (as applicable)
General ledger entries and reconciliations
Qualification
Required
Automotive dealership accounting experience required
Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Professional, dependable, and team-focused mindset
Preferred
Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Dealertrack, DealerSocket, etc.) preferred
