Responsibilities
Plan and implement process improvement activities aligned with organisational and industry best practices
Lead, support, and coordinate cross‑functional projects to enhance efficiency, quality and cost performance
Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure all improvement projects are delivered on time, within budget and to defined quality standards
Coordinate site‑wide project activities collaboratively across the global network
Coach teams in re‑engineering and continuous improvement methodologies to drive sustainable change
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
5+ years of experience in process management or operational excellence roles
Demonstrated success in project management and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of cGMPs and regulated operational environments
Preferred
Six Sigma certification or structured training (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent)
Experience in large global organisations or multi-site environments
Strong analytical and change-management skills
