Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end provider data entry, verification, and maintenance processes
Ensure provider information is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards and contract requirements
Investigate and resolve complex provider data issues
Analyse trends and recommend process improvements to reduce future issues
Assign tasks, manage workflow distribution, and support team productivity
Track team performance against quality and operational benchmarks
Conduct meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Train and mentor Provider Data Management Analysts and Team Leads
Support additional departmental responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 3+ years in provider data management, data analysis, customer service, or healthcare operations (claims, billing, provider relations, contracting)
Experience in managed care, insurance, or medical office environments
Previous leadership or team management experience
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
