Lead all phases of design, from early sketches to final construction
Create innovative, client-focused solutions that respond to site, budget, and sustainability goals
Coordinate seamlessly with engineers, consultants, and contractors
Deliver clear, precise, code-compliant drawings and documentation
Mentor junior architects and interns, fostering growth and creativity
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and inspections
Research new materials, products, and systems to keep designs cutting-edge
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, ADA, and green building standards
Keep projects on track by supporting schedules and budgets
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program
Minimum 5 plus years of professional architectural experience
Active architectural licensure required
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong technical expertise in building systems, detailing, and construction methods
Exceptional design, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage tasks independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
