Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and present tailored solutions
Prepare detailed construction estimates using customer relationship management software
Develop accurate pricing strategies while maintaining cost control and profitability
Negotiate contracts and project terms with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders
Prepare comprehensive proposals and contracts for client approval
Utilize project management best practices to optimize project outcomes
Attend company meetings and training events
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in construction estimating, project management, or related roles within the construction industry
Proficiency with customer relationship manager software, AI tools, and other software
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for all parties involved
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Strong communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Valid Michigan driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Able to work occasional evenings as needed for homeowner appointments
