Data and Analytics Sales Representative
RealPage, Inc. is a company focused on providing data and analytics solutions, and they are seeking a TSolutions Representative to drive new business sales while maintaining existing client relationships. This role involves full-cycle sales responsibilities, including prospecting, solution design, and closing deals within a defined geographic territory.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle new logo sales: prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and close
Aggressively prospect and create net-new opportunities weekly through outbound calling, email, social selling, and in-person meetings
Strategically penetrate and develop a regional territory of owners, operators, and management companies
Build relationships with VP, SVP, and C-Suite executives, navigating complex buying committees and long sales cycles
Sell RealPage’s flagship solutions using a data-driven, consultative approach
Understand and articulate how RealPage solutions impact:
Revenue optimization
NOI and profitability
Pricing, leasing velocity, and market performance
Develop and present compelling ROI and business cases using customer data, benchmarks, and market analytics
Partner closely with Sales Engineers to deliver high-impact, web-based and in-person presentations
Methodically build, qualify, and manage a high-quality, accurate sales pipeline
Maintain strong CRM discipline in Salesforce with forecasting accuracy and activity tracking
Stay deeply informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer financial drivers within multifamily
Attend industry events, client meetings, and executive briefings to build brand presence and pipeline
Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while remaining highly organized, coachable, and resilient
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field or equivalent sales experience
4+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition
Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-activity, performance-driven sales environment
Strong experience with value-based or consultative selling methodologies
High aptitude and appetite for data analytics
Financial modeling and ROI storytelling
Understanding how multifamily owners and operators drive revenue and profitability
Ability to identify, qualify, prioritize, and close complex opportunities
Comfortable presenting to large groups and executive audiences
Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
Technically savvy with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and commission-driven with strong follow-up discipline
Position requires field activities including some overnight and weekend travel (up to 40%)

Experience selling into multifamily, real estate, or proptech strongly preferred
