Responsibilities
Partner with managers to understand business needs and provide practical HR guidance
Support and implement people initiatives aligned with business goals and company values
Assist with employee relations matters and serve as a trusted employee resource
Support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, compliance, and policy interpretation
Analyze people data and trends in partnership with the HRBP
Promote and model NPG’s culture, values, and people-first mindset
Support change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of HR experience (Generalist, Junior Business Partner, Associate, or similar role)
Strong interest in how HR supports business strategy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with strategic thinking
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
Preferred
HRIS reporting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in HR, or related field preferred
