Responsibilities
Connect with service customers via phone, text, or email to schedule appointments and review upgrade or purchase opportunities
Greet customers in the service drive and build rapport while introducing potential lease and upgrade opportunities tailored to their needs
Maintain an up‑to‑date, in‑depth knowledge of all new vehicle makes and models, becoming a true expert in your field
Leverage at least two years of auto sales experience to overcome objections, build rapport, and thrive in a consultative sales environment
Create a positive, seamless buying experience by guiding customers through their vehicle options and fostering long-term relationships
Conduct test drives to demonstrate key features and benefits of various models
Make daily outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate appointments and close sales
Reach out to customers after their visit to ensure they received exceptional service, addressing any concerns with professionalism and a strong commitment to satisfaction
Qualification

You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive 'team-player' attitude
You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development
Flexible with work scheduling and availability to work weekends and holidays if necessary
You have strong computer and multi-tasking skills, which includes Microsoft Office
