Responsibilities
Track and manage inventory
Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
Manage warehouse staff
Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, delivery accuracy and on time
Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
Ensure all inventory is stored, labeled, and tracked properly using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to optimize logistics and resolve delivery issues
Supervise and train warehouse staff; delegate tasks, monitor performance, and enforce safety procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse in compliance with OSHA and company policies
Analyze data to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity
Maintain accurate shipping and delivery records; generate reports as needed
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness
Qualification
Required
5 plus years of warehouse experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
Should be familiar with Routing local deliveries, LTL Shipping and UPS deliveries
Familiar of dealing with multiple warehouses
BINs management
Returns/RMAs
Receiving
Pick Pack Ship
Inventory Management and Inventory Control
Safety training and building security
Leading by Example-Willing to do the work at his/her own without any help from others
Must have experience in all warehouse functions, not just managing
