Responsibilities

Analyze customer problems and oversee the design of delightful and intuitive solutions that achieve measurable business goals
Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to help define business and feature requirements
Present design work to stakeholders and executive leadership for review, feedback, and approval
Drive standardization of design systems and visual languages across organizations and verticals while educating team members
Partner with technology teams to leverage the scale offered by the platform while maintaining core experience principles

Required

7 years of industry experience providing interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications
A strong online portfolio demonstrating relevant, user-centered design solutions is required
Strong interaction design capabilities for web and software applications
Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups
Excellent presentation and communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
Customer-obsessed approach with attention to detail
Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
Knowledge of accessible and inclusive design principles
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience working with retail, technology development, and device partners
