Responsibilities
Assist customers with tailored solutions using solution-based selling techniques for inbound and outbound calls, texts and emails
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and resolve questions, issues and concerns promptly
Understand and follow sales processes to ensure a complete and consistent customer experience
Build long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor to increase retention and additional sales opportunities
Achieve sales goals through effective communication, product knowledge, and first-call resolution
Develop leads and referrals from coworkers and existing customer
Prepare and send estimates, emails, and text communications to potential customers
Accurately document calls, texts, and discovery notes in the CRM
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Ziehler Lawn Care programs and services
Collaborate closely with sales, customer experience, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in fast-paced customer service with proven track record to sell solutions, meet goals and solve problems
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Driven to sell solutions, meet goals, and solve problems
Basic computer skills with the ability to multi-task across phone calls, software systems, and dual monitors
Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check
