Partnerships Coordinator
The Cake is a wellness brand seeking an Affiliate / Partnerships Coordinator to support the scaling of their affiliate, influencer, and creator partnership programs. This role focuses on operational execution, coordination, and performance tracking to amplify brand reach and maintain community engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist in building and managing the partnership pipeline: support sourcing, qualification, onboarding, and maintenance of affiliates, influencers, creators, and brand collaborators
Coordinate partnership activations: manage briefs, timelines, content delivery, approvals, brand safety, and execution across multiple partners
Support performance tracking: monitor key metrics, track ROI/growth impact, and provide basic reporting/insights on affiliate and partnership content
Handle operational workflows: organize partner communications, asset delivery, and program logistics using tools and automation to maximize efficiency
Contribute to community & engagement: help identify new opportunities, monitor trends/sentiment, and support light reactive/in-feed activations
Collaborate cross-functionally: ensure partner assets integrate smoothly into broader marketing efforts (paid, organic, retail, lifecycle)
Maintain quality standards: uphold brand authenticity, creative guidelines, and compliance across all partnership deliverables
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in affiliate, influencer, creator, or partnership coordination/operations (DTC, wellness, CPG, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred)
Strong operational and organizational skills: comfortable managing timelines, multiple partners, briefs, and deliverables
Proficiency with partnership/influencer tools (e.g., tracking platforms, spreadsheets, automation tools) and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Experience supporting performance tracking and basic reporting (ROI, engagement, growth metrics)
Legally authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available)
Preferred
Have worked in lean, high-output DTC/wellness teams (e.g., supporting retail launches like Target or similar expansions)
Bring strong attention to detail and efficiency in managing volume without chaos
Are proactive with systems/tools/automation to scale output in a small-team environment
Have experience with community/influencer engagement or light content coordination
Are comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative culture with immediate impact
Are open to a long-term permanent opportunity if the fit is exceptional (contract-to-hire path available)
