Direct and supervise all field activities for heavy civil and water infrastructure projects
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients
Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to specifications
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, preferably water/wastewater infrastructure
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors
Strong understanding of underground utilities, tunneling, and large-diameter pipeline installation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth region as needed
