Lead Senior Program Manager, Infrastructure

Responsibilities
Develop the overall transition strategy for product deployments, creating comprehensive plans that define fulfillment modes, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and contingencies
Oversee transition re-planning for change events and ensure the identification and tracking of all such events
Determine the product ramp profile, establish guardrails for order placement, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) order orchestration to ensure delivery meets SLOs
Partner with functional teams to ensure timely onboarding into supply chain systems and address any risks to meeting objectives
Engage with partners to continuously drive the transformation of system capabilities and business processes to improve transition efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program or project management
8 years of experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems
5 years of experience in a leadership role
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research, or other relevant fields
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life
Experience in executive updates summarizing technical programs and their business impact
Excellent project management, people management, and communication skills, with effective attention to detail
Excellent leadership, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, negotiation and strategic skills
