Administrative Assistant
Cherokee Federal is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. The role involves organizing documents, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records, among other administrative duties.

Responsibilities
Manage a broad range of administrative tasks including the following
Must be proficient in excel, word, power point and Adobe
Experience in using office equipment (printing and scanning documents)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Upload all documents to SharePoint
Occasional outdoor work may be required to assist material coordinators with inventory work
Update material inventory on hand spreadsheet from the material received forms, BOL, material issued form
Keep the daily material docket form updated
Support Project Manager, Site Superintendent, QAQC, Safety, Corporate Project Controls
Respond to Project Controls Inquires
Timekeeping reports for the site
Maintain list of clients and site personnel contacts
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
Preferred
Proficient in excel, word, power point and Adobe
Experience in using office equipment (printing and scanning documents)
Strong organizational and communication skills
