Customer / Technical Support Specialist
EXTREVO is an exciting and fast-growing software company offering a cloud-based platform designed to support organizational compliance and operational efficiency. They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping users navigate the platform and resolve requests.
Responsibilities
Support customers via email, chat, and ticketing systems
Guide users through platform features and workflows
Process requests and communicate updates clearly
Document interactions and escalate issues when needed
Provide basic Tier 1 IT support, including troubleshooting and onboarding assistance
Deliver a friendly, patient, and solutions-oriented experience
Qualification
Required
Experience in a customer-facing or customer support role (any industry)
Strong comfort with technology, particularly Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
A customer-first mindset and willingness to learn new systems
Preferred
Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, or helpdesk systems
