Mid LevelInfo Way Solutions is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and maintain Pega PRPC applications that support business process management and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Pega platform capabilities, rules-based development, and integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC
Build and configure case management , workflows , decision rules , and UI components
Customize Pega solutions using App Studio and Dev Studio
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP services , connectors, and APIs
Apply best practices for performance, security, and scalability
Conduct unit testing and support UAT and production deployments
Debug and resolve application defects and performance issues
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails
Maintain technical documentation and system artifacts
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
Strong knowledge of BPM, case management, and decisioning
Experience with Pega rules engine, activities, data pages, and flows
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Understanding of relational databases and SQL
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Pega certifications such as CSA, CSSA, or LSA
Experience with Pega Customer Service, Sales Automation, or Decisioning
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Experience in regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare)
Experience with Pega Constellation UI
Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms
