Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects, including new product development, system integrations, and enhancements to our technical tools and infrastructure
Create a project environment that empowers teams to perform at their best while anticipating and mitigating risks
Track and communicate project timelines effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned with company priorities
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and TechOps teams to coordinate the development process
Help to ensure that product development activity is efficient, effective and in line with the companies strategic direction
Work closely with elite sports organisations and our internal teams of skilled professionals to execute impactful projects
Be the go-to expert on project management best practices, guiding projects from ideation through to execution
Adapt quickly in a reactive environment, assessing impacts and proposing solutions to drive optimal outcomes
Utilise data-driven insights to enhance project efficiency and measure the success of outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of delivering and leading cross-functional technical projects to tight deadlines
Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and developers
Comfortable managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, leveraging the right methodologies for different scenarios
Thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly assessing challenges and proposing informed decisions
Can navigate complexity, anticipating and mitigating potential issues ahead of time
Excellent relationship-builders, both internally and externally, to drive change and transformation
Understand how to leverage data for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)
Experience with technical project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, DevOps, cloud technologies, and technical product development processes
Understanding of data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with global teams
