Responsibilities
Write and place job advertisements across online and print channels as needed
Source, screen, and interview applicants to evaluate work history, training, education, and job skills
Conduct phone screens and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process
Arrange interviews with hiring managers and coordinate travel arrangements, when applicable
Maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies, procedures, and recruiting best practices
Manage multiple open requisitions across various field locations
Utilize ATS systems—primarily Workday and Phenom—to track applicants and maintain accurate documentation
Extend offers and facilitate follow-up communication between candidates and managers
Qualification
Required
Strong sourcing background with proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Phenom preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience
Experience supporting fast-paced, multi-location recruiting environments
Preferred
Prior recruiting experience in supply chain, distribution, sales, and HR
Experience working within food distribution or manufacturing environments
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
6+ years of recruiting experience preferred
Experience within distribution or manufacturing industries strongly preferred
