Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a team to ensure successful delivery of high-quality, functional products
Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance web applications using modern UI development practices
Operate effectively within Agile frameworks and demonstrate strong Agile methodology expertise
Apply modern development practices including: Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Maintain a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle: Business analysis, Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance and continuous improvement

Required

Minimum 6–8 years of experience
Proven experience managing and leading teams
Strong hands-on experience with: React
Strong hands-on experience with: TypeScript
Strong hands-on experience with: React Context API
Strong hands-on experience with: React Query
Strong hands-on experience with: Jest & React Testing Library
Strong hands-on experience with: Cypress
Strong hands-on experience with: API integration libraries
Strong hands-on experience with: CI/CD pipelines
Strong hands-on experience with: Code quality testing tools
Strong hands-on experience with: Integration & rollout support
Expert-level knowledge in UI/UX design and development techniques
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple operating systems and infrastructures
Ability to contribute as a firm-wide technical resource across multiple large programs (e.g., Expert Engineer level)
Multi-skilled professional with expertise across the entire software development lifecycle and toolsets
Recognized leader in Agile practices with experience building and mentoring Agile teams
Acts as a coach or mentor for at least one technical skill
Strong understanding of: CI/CD
Strong understanding of: TDD
Strong understanding of: Cloud development
Strong understanding of: Application resiliency
Strong understanding of: Security best practices
Keeps up with cutting-edge technologies and industry trends, applying them strategically to support business goals
May contribute externally through speaking engagements, articles, or thought leadership
