Responsibilities
Book charters for various groups of 25-500 mostly across the East coast, with some venturing across the US and to Canada
Must be comfortable working with groups of all types from elementary school age to senior citizens, and everything in between
Must be comfortable asking for the sale and selling to a customer who may not initially agree
Strong desire to learn about our system of operations, how we do things, and best practices when working in this industry
Needs to constantly evaluate ways to be more efficient and accurate at the same time
Enjoys working in a positive industry, where you get to talk to folks about vacations, field trips, etc
Find and establish new accounts while servicing existing clients
Candidates should be organized and able to handle multiple tasks
Occasional and infrequent work outside of the office is required - conventions, trade shows, training, customer presentations, etc
Participation in our paid Customer Service After Hours On-Call program
