Research Assistant

Responsibilities
Conduct analytical and numerical research on multi-vessel, riser, and mooring coupled dynamic systems, including modeling, simulation, and interpretation of results
Develop, document, and validate dynamic analysis methodologies, incorporating advanced control and damping technologies relevant to offshore engineering applications
Write and publish research papers, reports, manuscripts, and presentations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Understanding of the Application of Magnetorheological Damper and Magnetorheological Elastomer Tensioner in Offshore Two-Body Hawser System
Preferred
MS in Ocean Engineering
