Account Manager, MediaTree

Giftogram is an industry-leading platform in the gift, reward, and incentive space, and they are seeking an Account Manager for MediaTree to manage and expand relationships with large reseller accounts in the promotional products space. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through customer engagement and collaboration with various teams to enhance strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory or vertical
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
Close high-value deals and expand existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Become fluent in the MediaTree product
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline and account management
Develop customized product demonstrations and proposals to showcase value
Work closely with sales leadership to help develop and implement effective strategies
Be comfortable working closely with data and making informed decisions based on it
Provide market and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives
Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for large accounts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience is required
Must have 5+ years of experience in Sales, with a focus on enterprise sales
Proven success driving revenue from a large book of business
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytic are required
Results-driven and resourceful, with a passion for solving complex business challenges
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

Prior experience in the promotional products space is a plus
