Beacon Hill is a staffing solutions company seeking a HR Process Automation & Compliance Senior Specialist on a contract basis to provide coverage for a leave of absence. This role focuses on building and maintaining automated HR workflows using Microsoft Power Platform while ensuring compliance and confidentiality across processes.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools
Digitize HR forms and manage end-to-end workflow processes
Automate emails, approvals, and routing processes
Support flexible work arrangement processes within Power Platform
Generate reports and perform data pulls as needed
Handle sensitive HR and compliance-related information with discretion
Collaborative team supporting HR automation, data, and compliance initiatives
Cross-functional team distributed across multiple U.S. locations

Qualification

Microsoft Power PlatformHR AdministrationUS Employment LawLight codingCompliance handling

Required

5+ years of experience in HR Administration
Firm understanding of US (Federal and Local) Employment Law
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms)
Background in HR, compliance, or handling confidential data
Experience managing HR or compliance inquiries (shared inboxes a plus)

Preferred

Experience with light coding or scripting (e.g., Python, HTML)
