Responsibilities
Become proficient in Gallup’s offerings and services
Use consulting frameworks to uncover client needs
Combine human and artificial intelligence to turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders
Influence leaders and teams by building deep client relationships
Manage detailed change initiatives and produce high-quality deliverables
Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions
Learn how to design lasting solutions that foster growth and impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree by May 2026 required
Availability to start working full time in June 2026 required — apply early for priority consideration
At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required
Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required
A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Omaha, Nebraska, office at least four days per week required
Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
