Webmaster/SharePoint Administrator

Que Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Webmaster/SharePoint Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize their customer's internal SharePoint and Confluence pages. Responsibilities

Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot web servers and websites to minimize downtime
Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy, security, and relevance
Implement and monitor security measures (e.g., firewalls, SSL, patching) to protect against, and respond to, cyber threats
Ensure compliance with government accessibility (Section 508/ADA) and privacy regulations
Monitor site traffic, analyze key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and optimize page load speeds
Debug issues, fix broken links, and troubleshoot server-side issues
Create and maintain web applications, CMS plugins, and UI/UX improvements
Collaborate with IT, security, and marketing teams to implement new features and ensure brand consistency

Qualification

Required

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant backend languages (e.g., PHP, SQL)
Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Confluence
Experience with web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx, LEMP stack)
Understanding of web security protocols and risk management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2-5+ years of experience in web development, maintenance, or administration
Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Preferred

Experience with government contracting and IT security policies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
