Business Development Officer

Aaron Wealth Advisors is a premier independent Registered Investment Advisor specializing in serving ultra-high net worth families and organizations. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for developing new relationships and expanding the client base by identifying and pursuing business opportunities, while collaborating with the Family Wealth Advisor team to deliver tailored services.

Responsibilities

Research and identify target clients utilizing most relevant information sources
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs and objectives of prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence (attorneys, accountants, etc.) to generate referrals and new business leads
Participate in exclusive networking groups, events, conferences, and industry forums to promote the firm's services and expertise
Collaborate with AWA cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted business development strategies
Track and report on business development metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets
Collaborate with the AWA Family Wealth Advisor team to seamlessly deliver services to new clients

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred (i.e. CFA)
Proven track record in business development
Experience working with partners/senior executives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively present complex financial information
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and attend industry events
Self-motivated, independent, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in CRM databases (Salesforce preferred), familiarity with relevant financial tools and resources
