Responsibilities

Assist the Controller with firmwide finance, accounting and various operational activities, including, but not limited to:
Oversee daily fund accounting and operations across multiple vehicles, including valuation, NAV calculations, performance and management fee calculations, and coordination with third-party administrators to ensure accurate and timely books and records
Lead period-end reporting and close processes, preparing and reviewing daily, weekly, monthly, quarter-end, and year-end management reporting, external NAV packages, financial statements, and performance reports for senior leadership and investors
Manage audits, tax, and regulatory processes, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and external providers, and supporting regulatory filings and investor reporting
Partner with Portfolio Managers and drive process improvements, supporting transaction-level and credit-related accounting matters, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives while enhancing controls, systems, and scalability
