Manage stakeholder relationships and executive communications
Translate complex inputs into clear, executive-ready narratives and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Big 4 consulting background (Manager or strong Senior Consultant ready for Manager)
Proven experience in banking or financial services finance transformation
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling capabilities
Hands-on experience with: Stakeholder discovery, Target-state design, Roadmap and value case development
Ability to work closely with senior leaders and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
Preferred
Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, and solution design efforts
Exposure to finance operating models, transformation frameworks, or enterprise change initiatives
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
