Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between client`s Supply Chain, external customers, carriers, and Sales
Own the customer relationship end-to-end for assigned accounts
Analyze high volumes of incoming emails (up to 300+/day) and drive prompt, accurate resolutions
Proactively resolve delivery, scheduling, and transportation issues
Use multiple internal dispatch systems (TES, LME, FourKites, OTR)
Navigate external customer scheduling systems (Retailix, Retail Link, UNFI, One Network, etc.)
Identify solutions that balance customer service excellence with cost efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or transportation/logistics
1 year of related experience in Dispatch or transportation/logistics
Customer service experience beyond a call-center environment
Strong proficiency in the MS Office
Ability to work efficiently in multiple systems simultaneously
Preferred
Dispatch or transportation/logistics experience strongly preferred
