Develop customized energy plans aligned with customer goals and regulatory guidelines
Educate customers on available renewable and alternative energy options, including community-based solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recommendations
Stay informed about energy industry trends, policies, and compliance requirements
Provide professional, ethical, and transparent customer interactions at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in consulting, sales, customer service, or energy-related roles is advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical or service-related information clearly to non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based environment
