Systems Architect
American Capital Group, founded in Bellevue, Washington, is a leader in real estate development specializing in multifamily community development. The Systems Architect will own and architect core systems, build AI-driven workflows, and lead system integrations to improve efficiency and decision-making across various departments.

Responsibilities
Own and architect core systems and reporting environments
Build AI-driven workflows and automations to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
Lead system integrations to ensure reliable cross-platform data flow
Develop and maintain Power BI models, dashboards, and reporting standards
Identify and implement AI, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency and decisions
Partner with Finance, Operations, Development, Construction, and HR on scalable system solutions
Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and change management
Maintain technical documentation, process maps, and system standards
Provide strategic direction for future system architecture and technology roadmap
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5-8+ years of hands-on system ownership experience
Experience supporting or integrating Sage Intacct
Experience with Power BI
Experience designing or implementing AI-driven automation or analytics solutions
Background in environments focused on process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making
Experience supporting multi-department organizations or growing platforms
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in effective communication and teamwork
Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach
Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work
Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
