They are seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Agent who will focus on selling insurance products, acquiring new clients, and retaining existing ones while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualification
Required
Must have 1+ years of Sales Experience
Must have a valid Property and Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident in the State of Missouri. or willing to obtain one
Experience in Customer Service
Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation, closing techniques, and performance tracking
Comfortable using digital tools and software to manage client relationships and track performance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
Must Pass Required Background Check
Preferred
Experience in managing and growing a client portfolio is a plus
