Required

Proficiency in organizing and managing youth programs and activities, with experience in youth development
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with youth, families, and community members
Experience in program management and the ability to oversee the implementation of projects and initiatives
Competency in youth mentoring, with a passion for guiding and inspiring young individuals
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate on community-centered goals
Demonstrated understanding of the unique challenges faced by inner-city youth and strategies to address them

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, education, or youth development is preferred but not mandatory
