This role serves as the hub of communication between customers, service technicians, and management, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to assist with service requests
Act as the main contact for Service Technicians in the field
Create and manage service call tickets using our Total Elevator Service database
Schedule and track Fire Recall testing
Develop strong relationships with customers, technicians, managers, and coworkers
Assist Service Management with additional tasks as needed
Cross-train in other functions to broaden your skills
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Enjoy problem-solving
Communicate with customers to assist with service requests

Bachelor's Degree is recommended, but not required
