Responsibilities
Review daily cash movements and investment activity
Monitor and report on credit facility usage
Review journal entries and perform general ledger account analysis
Coordinate capital calls and investor distributions
Review waterfall and allocation calculations
Review management fee calculations and billing statements
Prepare quarterly and audited annual financial statements, including disclosures
Prepare quarterly capital account statements and corporate reporting packages
Respond to investor inquiries and support investor relations initiatives
Manage regulatory filings (e.g., Form PF, AIFMD)
Partner with tax compliance teams to ensure accurate and complete reporting data
Assist with special projects and ad hoc internal requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
6+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or private equity fund administration
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and levels of seniority
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
Experience with Investran preferred
