Responsibilities
Provide daily QA oversight of aseptic manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with cGMPs
Perform QA on the Floor walkthroughs , observing manufacturing activities and identifying potential quality risks
Review batch records, logbooks, and associated manufacturing documentation for accuracy and compliance
Assess and support deviations, investigations, change controls, CAPAs, validations, and process improvement initiatives
Serve as a quality liaison between QA and Operations, offering real-time coaching and guidance
Escalate critical quality issues as needed and support timely resolution
Partner cross-functionally to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations
Maintain inspection readiness and support internal and external audits as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
5–7+ years of experience in cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong preference for Quality Assurance roles
Hands-on experience supporting parenteral and/or aseptic manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and GMP documentation
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic QMS platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault)
