Responsibilities
Build out the foundational accounting and finance platform to allow the business to grow to the next level and beyond
Work to an ambitious acquisitive growth strategy and be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level as a valued member of the executive team
Oversee a 'lean and mean', fast-paced team operating out of multiple locations with responsibility for consolidation and integration of the finance, accounting, and administrative functions
Focus on upgrading reporting and visibility into all areas of the business, with an emphasis on advanced analytics and data-driven decision making
Qualification
Required
Senior financial executive experience
Experience in building foundational accounting and finance platforms
Experience with aggressive M&A strategies
Ability to work at a strategic and tactical level
Experience overseeing finance, accounting, and administrative functions
Experience in a fast-paced team environment
Experience in consolidation and integration of finance functions
Hands-on approach with strong analytical and operational mindset
Player/coach management style
Experience managing IT, HR, and/or other operational functions
