Manager, HR Product Operations (Global Implementation Lead)

As a Manager on the HR Digital Product Operations team, you will lead the global rollout of the Talent and Performance Management platform, ensuring operational excellence and seamless user experience across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
Global Rollout Strategy & Execution: You will own the end-to-end strategy for the global rollout of the platform partnering with local geography ops leads, moving beyond pilot execution to establish the standard for scaling complex capabilities
Operational Excellence: Acting as the architect of operational readiness, you will define what "ready" truly looks like by orchestrating the alignment of product readiness, change management, and internal & external compliance requirements to ensure every launch is audit-ready
Executive Storytelling & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary translator between the product/tech teams and business leadership. Transform complex operational data and status updates into compelling narratives that highlight progress, value, and ROI for senior stakeholders
Cross-Functional Influence: Influence product roadmaps by synthesizing feedback from HR Business Partners, Tech, and Business Leaders into a cohesive voice. Analyze support trends and ticket volume not just to resolve issues, turning insights into actionable product improvements to reduce friction
Strategic UAT Oversight: Move beyond coordinating testing to defining the Quality Assurance strategy. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business logic holds up against real-world scenarios before release
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Project Management, or HR Technology
Preferred
At least 2 years of experience leading large-scale or global software implementations
Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership (Director/VP level and above)
Experience designing and scaling operational support models (Tier 2/3) for enterprise tools
