Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 15 years of experience leading Managed Services Transitions

Demonstrating thought-leader-level abilities in team leadership
Leading large-scale, multi-national transitions into Managed Services
Supporting sales and solutioning activities across pursuits
Defining Transition strategy and commercial assumptions
Driving service management, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness
Developing and refining Transition methodologies across practices
Leading implementation of delivery tools for managed services
Institutionalizing lessons learned across transitions
Overseeing ITSM, monitoring, reporting, and AI tooling integration
